go to party america where they should have some halloween stuff like halloween themed plates, napkins, cups, etc.

if you could, draw some funny/happy looking little monsters and hang em up or something.

for food, just make whatever food you want.
since the kids are gonna be young and whatnot, here’s a great cake recipe that’s easy and will be not too much for the kids ;]:

Mini Halloween Cupcakes
you will need:
a box of Pillsberry chocolate cake mix, anything the box asks for, mini cupcake tin, mini cupcake wrappers, chocolate frosting, orange sprinkles.

1. prepare the cake mix according to the instructions

2. fill the mini cupcake wrappers in the tin about 2/3 full

3. bake.

4. wait until cool and then frost and sprinkle the sprinkles

shouldn’t take that long ;]]
