Design is a table with four to five kids gathered around it with cake on table. I believe it is a discontinued item looking for invites, table cloths, banners ballons napkins, centerpieces etc.

Hallmark stores carry a great line of Precious Moments items.
I’ve seen them at dollar stores(Dollar Tree).
Contact the home page for Carthage Mo. if you cant find it anywhere else, thats where they make them.
